On July 23, 2026 we went traveling to Orlando Florida to attend the National Down syndrome congress convention. We have represented the Down syndrome of Montgomery County.
I GOT MY RUBY’S RAINBOW SCHOLARSHIP FOR MY SECOND YEAR of college I am super proud of myself. that is only designed for people with Down syndrome that goes away to college.
Girls trip went to Magic Kingdom to go one rides on a late night due to our travels down. we also had fun!! ice cream while watching fireworks. we also went to Disney Springs to a nice rainforest cafe and I’ve tried their python pasta it was so delicious.
I was speaking in front of 40 people doing my slide presentation with one of the DSNMC staff. it was called Raise your voice Advocacy and I attended some general conferences about early-childhood education and financial planning workshops moving forward in my career path.
I also attended to dance parties and I had a great experience!
The food was also delicious!
